The Story
The vision in 2018 was to create a platform that could give artists a way to connect with people organically and not have to rely on popularity gimmicks or pay to play as a measurement of success. Piracy, streaming and other factors have virtually wiped out any hopes for small record labels to generate revenue. After conducting 18 months of research into developing NFTs on Solana’s blockchain, StreetScape Recordings is excited to see the evolution of the music industry.
